James graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Chemistry and law. After training and working a ski instructor in Zermatt for 2 years, following his passion for winter sports and the outdoors.
He later joined Pixel Artworks, where he continues to work alongside founder Tom Burch. Over 16 years, he has contributed to the company's growth from a startup to an established business with offices in the UK and Dubai. In his role as Operations Director and board member, he manages critical functions including finance, talent, resourcing, and IT.
Over the past decade James discovered running as a way of positively managing mental and physical health.
James’ love for the outdoors finds him returning to the Alps at every opportunity and he aims to share his passion with his young children as they grow up.
Rach is a mother of 3. She experienced first hand the huge challenges and shock of being a new mum and believes there is an incredible opportunity for The Allegr Foundation to support this community.
For over 25 years and 3 maternity leaves, Rach has worked with an incredible team in sport marketing, staging and promoting some of the most prolific golf events across the globe. With a passion for running and sport, Rach believes in the power of physical activity to transform lives and communities.
Dan trained professionally as an engineer and has solved technical, creative and commercial problems in the unmanned systems, defence, satellite communications and immersive experience industries over the past decade.
Dan has represented Great Britain in Sailing, Powerboating and most recently Sprint Triathlon. After suffering prolonged stress and burnout whilst working overseas, Dan is an advocate for the power of open discussion around mental health especially in men, and the benefit of exercise on mental health. In 2021, Dan became one of Movember’s top individual fundraisers in the U.K.
Vicky is a Vice President of Golf Clients, EMEA region at WME. With a remarkable tenure at the company for 31 years - having started as a PA at IMG in 1991 - she is one of the most respected managers in world golf.
Through her career she has managed Major winners, Ryder Cup and Solheim Cup Captains and was herself selected as a Solheim Cup Vice Captain in 2007. Awarded the most Inspirational Woman in Golf at the inaugural 2023 Women’s Golf Awards. Vicky is a mentor other women in the industry, and an incredibly tenacious, engaging and upbeat spirit.
In the rare time away from work, she shares a love of all sports, healthy living and the great outdoors with her husband and two children.
Luke’s career transitioned from professional rugby player at Harlequins and England 7’s to becoming Founder of two health-conscious skincare brands, alongside is wife Kirstie.
Luke has been obsessed by human health, happiness and performance since his academic days studying at Oxford University, and has managed to thread these themes into all areas of his work and interests.
A dad of 2, he has become acutely aware of the need for them to maintain real human connections in the aftermath of the isolation of covid coupled with society’s increasing dependence on screen time.
They are never more happy as a family than when out on a work, playing sport or sitting enjoying a meal together - opportunities he knows are a privilege to be able to enjoy.
